So what I want you to do is landing page that has the same look and feel as a normal squeeze page, but to download your free report the person who wants to get your report also has to enter not only their email but the name of five friends who they think would also be interested in receiving the report and only then do they get access to your free download report.

Then your email script sends out an invite to all of those five people asking them if they would be interested in downloading your report. If they are then they go through the same process as above to get access to your report, and hence other people virally help you build your list.

Now there are numerous free ‘Tell a friend scripts’ out there and I will leave it to you and Google to find one you feel confident using, also do not be tempted to buy such a script as there are plenty of free ones out there.
