So as you can see this is a win-win situation even if both your lists are of differing sizes you can both make money and both build your lists at the same time.

Just remember when choosing your joint venture partner that the information contained in your product not only needs to be of great value to his list, but complement his e-book offering rather than competing against it.

Another way to get on board with a joint partner is finding one that offers say an e-book of woodworking plans, and offer to give your video course on woodworking techniques as a free bonus for them to offer their customers. As they now have extra highly relevant content that they can use to entice more sales they should be happy to add it as a bonus.
