I use GoDaddy, they are easy and have good customer service. 2: A web hosting account. Usually where you get your domain name they can host for you too. 3: A landing page or squeeze page also known. It is used to gain peoples contact info. Gives you permission to contact them. Just follow the instructions and watch the tutorials to set one up. 4: Your own auto-responder. The most important part. This lets you set up a series of emails that will automatically go out on days you specify so you can build that relationship we talked about earlier.
