It seems that from the very instant you launch your internet business, you’re inundated with enticing ads from countless companies beckoning you to let them automate your list building for you. With each passing day, as you work tirelessly to build your own high-quality list, you ask yourself: what if I let someone else generate my leads for me?

It’s a question well worth asking and the answer depends in large part on the nature of your internet business. It also depends on the company you’re entrusting with your livelihood - or if you could possibly trust anyone else with your livelihood. It’s quite a leap of faith, when you think about it.

Most internet marketers, if asked, would assert that those new to the game should at least attempt to do the hard work of list building on their own in the beginning. Doing this work will help these doe-eyed “newbies” truly understand what is necessary to build a quality list, what works and perhaps more importantly, what doesn’t.

That’s yet another reason that those eye-opening first few weeks or months of learning by doing are so essential, since they can shed a little more light on what kind of company they’d like to generate leads for them. Do they want to work with a smaller shop that they can more efficiently manage? Could they trust a truly automated service or “bot” to work as their lead-generating liaison? How large do they need their list to get in order to be truly profitable? Armed with a bit of experience and the answers to these questions, the search for a list-building service will prove to be far easier.
