Build good relationship can boost up your response rate and finally turn your subscribers into buyers that will make you money. You know you have to deliver good quality content (better if it’s a rare one), so that your list will love you more. But is it all you have to do?

Actually there is not enough by deliver them with good content alone. In fact, your written words in the messages you sent are very important also. People will more likely to open and read message from their good friends and family. Why? Because their friends & family are several people they love & trust. Also their recommendation about something good will be followed by.

You want to be a good friend with your list and make your them trust you more, right? Then what you should do are:

– Personal Call –

Mention their name in the body message (and on the subject, if possible) every time you send it. This will make your message more personal like they got from their friends. Also keeping your name in front of them will make your impression better in their eyes (when delivering good content).

– Schedule Your Messages Properly –

You can send out a scheduled newsletter every week or maybe every 3 days or even every days. If you ask me what is the best time, then unfortunately there is no one can answer to this question. You have to find what time will make you comfortable and also your list too. Here is a tip, the time when a person opt-in to your list, then it’s most likely it’s their leisure time they come to read emails. So send first newsletter immediately and for next, it should be around that particular time you send your second one and so on.

– More Ever-Green Content, More Better –

What is ever-green content? In short it’s a content topics that still exist and relevant as well as for next 6 months or even until years to come. If people opt-in in your list and they got the same content as you loaded 6 months ago, it’s still hot and never old dated. Some example for ever-green content is:
