Your hosting provider should have access available to templates for websites within their control panel. Create a simple website at first, you can improve it later, you may need some help with this part, (depending on your experience). Now you need to add an auto-responder, your auto-responder will provide opt in pages and allow you to set up automated Email sequences to handle customer support after enquiries and subsequent sales.

You are now ready to market your website.
